THE MONEY TRAIL
Why would Ogles throw his neighbors under the bus? Follow the money! His vote was part of a sweeping package to hand massive tax breaks to billionaires while gutting Medicaid for working families. The bill would kick 12 million Americans off Medicaid – all so the ultra-wealthy could get even richer.
But wait, it gets worse! Even before slithering into Congress, Ogles led the campaign that killed Medicaid expansion in Tennessee, denying health coverage to 476,000 Tennesseans who desperately needed it.
THE BETRAYAL CONTINUES
Ogles’ assault on healthcare doesn’t stop there. He’s openly bragged about wanting to “kill” the Affordable Care Act and recently voted against extending health care tax credits, leaving Tennessee families facing quadrupled insurance premiums.
THE DOUBLE-DOWN
Not satisfied with one betrayal, Ogles doubled down in May 2025, voting for another GOP budget bill that would cut $1.5 trillion from programs like Medicaid and food assistance – again, all to pay for tax cuts for the wealthy elite.
